| Assistant Professor - For the Disciplines of Arts ,Commerce,Humanities ,Law, Social Sciences, Science,Languages ,Library Science,Journalism & Mass Communication & Physical Education.- A Master Degree with 55% marks in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an indian University or, an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. Besides fulfilling the above qualification the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET)conducted by the UGC or the CSIR. The Ph.D Degree has been obtained from a foreign University / Institution with a ranking among top 500 in the world University ranking by any one of the following (i) Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) (ii) The Times higher Education (THE) or (iii) The Academic Ranking of world Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai jiao Tong University (Shanghai) For the Discipline of Management Studies - Essential - First Class Master Degree in Business Management /Administration in a relevent management ralated discipline or first class in 02 years full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/accredited by the AICTE/UGC. The Ph.D degree has been obtained from a foreign University /Institution. Desirable - Teaching ,reserach industrial and or professional experience in a reputed organization. Paper presented at conference and/or published in refereed journals. For the Discipline of Music - Master Degree with 55% marks in the Relevant subject or an equivalent Degree from an Indian /Foreign University. The Ph.D degree has been obtained from a foreign University /Institution. For the Discipline of Education - Master Dgree in Science / Humanities /Arts /Commerce with 55 % marks and M.E.D.from a recognized University with at least 55% marks.
